    If the nascent Universe had no spin, it would probably have developed more like a bombe. Not sure if that fits in with the Standard Cosmological Model of bakery analogs.

    The donut concept does make a lot of sense. If the universe has been expanding at a constant rate, there shouldn’t be anything in the middle. Same concept as an explosion. In fact, the hole should be getting larger and larger.
