Is it about the bible? A christian group handed out bibles to the students, I can’t remember what grade I was in. I do remember it was little and green.

Good lord, so afraid! How have all the students in the past retained a healthy outlook on life? I’m in my 70s. I don’t remember how I obtained the copy of Lady Chatterly’s Lover – banned and considered obscene until 1959, I believe – and not understanding what the book was about, I carried it out in the open. I might have read a bit of it or the complete novel before returning it… decades ago so can’t really remember. However, I did not suffer the loss of mental health or moral values afterwards.My mom was a school librarian. She would bring home books for me to read – okay for the library or not. I never suggested removing any book she had me read. : )
