Republicans NEVER, EVER acknowledge tax cuts’ effect on the deficit.

Republicans plan to damage the country however they can to make people look unfavorably on Democrates and Biden as they are considered, in power. Thus Republican (and trump?) can take power, tho they know not what to do with power.

Cut the spending? Paying for what you’ve already spent is still required. Millions of $$ have been totally wasted before when the government was forced to shut down. The unfunded tax cut has come home to roost.

I expect a default being blamed on Biden for refusing to negotiate. It’s just a run-up to 2024 with DeSantis and MTG running for Emperor/Empress.

Only the Repubs have ever fought paying America’s bills. Time to get rid of the debt ceiling, and pay the bills. If it wasn’t for the interest from Republican spending, and tax cuts to the wealthy, who already didn’t pay their fair share in taxes, we wouldn’t be in this mess. The reality is President Biden has actually already reduced the actual deficit without having to steal money from Americans shared retirement and healthcare programs to cover the loss of income caused by tax cuts for deadbeat rich people.

Actually, the American “Dream” was destroyed by the morons, idiots and imbeciles who came up with the idea that tax cuts could be “financed” by the “income” generated by those same “tax cuts” – this was known as the “trickle down” theory of economics WHICH HAS NEVER WORKED!

Perhaps the Democrats should consider some on the Republicans proposals, BUT only if the Republicans will raise the taxes on the rich. The tax break for the rich IS part of the problem that we have.

The Congress is constitutionally required to raise the ceiling if that is necessary to pay the bills. There is no legal choice, and the game they’re playing is hurting everyone.

You have to understand that George Soros is the one that’s really running this country, Biden is only one of his puppets and Soros’s goal is to destroy America a nation he hates and he’s making it happen using Biden, Garland, Bragg and others. Until we can get President Trump back as president to have Biden arrested for treason for selling our top secrets to China making himself and his family millions in fact China is so grateful they are still sending his family members millions but until President Trump comes back and has Biden, Soros, Garland, Bragg and many other Democrats arrested this country is doomed.
