Way in t he future,there were many times Liz could see without her glasses,and Lynn only had her wear them when she wanted Liz to “look scholarly”

Comic strips are supposed to be funny. For example, it would have been funny if Lawrence went to the dance in drag, so as not to arouse any suspicion from bigots.
