From Lynnâs Comments: At this time, I was on the board of directors at the local theatre, and for the first time, was overwhelmed by how tight the budgets were. Every show had to be subsidized by grants, donations, and the kindness of volunteers. For something so vital to the community, why are our theatres so poorly funded?
Well this comedy line seems to have turned down a blind alley! The library theater guild wants to perform two shows about the Pattersonâs trying to redecorate their house with new curtains and sofas??
A little bit off topic, but, Texas must have the same budget problems as most areas. And yet, they could find the $$$ for those buoys they bought and placed in the river. They look to be fairly expensive devices to me.
Instead of saying ââthe school needs a roofââ try saying; ââwe need barbed wire, to make booby traps, to maim and drown refugees in the Rio Grandeââ and ⊠hereâs your money!
Now, some news from Loonie Land, Boston Celtics just gave some goof a contract to bounce and throw a ball for $300 million. Still think The Rich arenât morally corrupt?
BECAUSEâŠâŠâŠ..âthe powers at beâ are too involved in using funds to fund their âown pet projectsâ instead of projects for the betterment of the community !! ! !

Wouldnât Canada have the same âgovernment fundingâ as Englandâor formerly did until BREXIT invited itself in to track mud on the carpets?
