It’s the perfect time to go look for Moby Tadpole.

Easier on Rover’s feet, too.

Red and Rover both cast a long shadow.

Red, just a suggestion, water and limit sidewalk time. Red, think of it this way, how much would like to wear a fur coat today?

Sometimes it feels really cool to actually be walking in someone else’s shadow.

Red is throwing shade, in the best possible way!

Sometimes it’s best to bring sunshine into the life of another. Sometimes it’s better to bring shade.

When it’s too hot for our regular route, I sometimes drive Newton to the park near our home for a short walk—-it’s much cooler under all the large, shady trees and gives him different interesting things to sniff out, too.

Make it a quick walk, RED – it’s too HOT !!!

PSA: that sidewalk is at least 120 degrees! If u can’t walk on it barefoot what makes u think your dog can? DUH!

Carry water – what if you get lost? Rover is already past thirsty. Find a house and use their hose for your dog at least.

Such a sweet, sockless boy he is, but he’s throwing a lot of shade. Maybe they’d be better off walking on the grass?
