Not so cold, I’d say.

If you’re using Uranium Hexafluoride, it’s fission. If you’re using tritium, it’s fusion. How hard can that be?

Good thing he’s a cartoon character, or he’d be hot radioactive garbage.

If Monty can’t develop cold fusion, he’ll just have to settle for confusion.

Well, my father was in a group that worked at cold fusion AFTER the Fleischmann Pons whole affair, and their assumption was similar to Monty’s.

Since when did Mr. loser get grey matter ?

if that reaction can be slowed down and made to last longer then it could still be very useful

What a coincidence, I was just thinking of cold fusion and 1989. Of course, I just watched the 33rd first annual Ig Nobel Award ceremony. Happy trails!

I thought cold fusion was an iced coffee.

As it was explained to me, the 2nd letter in fission is “i” for “in”, and the 2nd letter in fusion is “u” for “up”. At least I think that’s what they were trying to say.

Hexafluoride is for the centrifuge. Dioxide is for the fuel rods..

unusually confusing comic… both nuclear fission AND nuclear fussion generate similar explosive ability… did he make a mistake here??
