sweet and savory Cornbread Cupcakes1 box cake mix, 1 box instant pudding mix, 2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix, 6 eggs, 1/2 cup oil, 2 cups milk. Beat on high for two minutes, bake in well oiled muffin tins at 350F for 20 minutes. Mix and match the cake and pudding flavors to your taste. Makes 3 dozen.
I think that’s supposed to say “baking powder” not power. And in case anyone here is inexperienced in baking, that’s not to be confused with baking soda. Two separate things. When my brother baked a cake for the first time he thought it was the same thing. Kinda screwed up the cake. I think he also misread 1 1/12 c. of flour as one half cup instead of one AND a half cups.
Aunty would have something to say about this. I saw a documentary about the color of egg yolks. It is very dependent on what you feed them. Colors can range from off-white to nearly red.

Auntie figures if it worked for “Rocky” … but she ain’t stoopid. She don’t like salmonella — she’s allergic to seafood.

After all that, especially the baking, …
… the eggs are not so much raw anymore.

Might want to add milk to her recipe. Otherwise a dry mess and fire in the oven.

Don’t try this recipe at home folks, there’s some things missing and some things wrong.

She forgot to add the Chocolate Chips. Dark or Milk, your choice.
