One time I peed 60 times altogether. One time I had a double bowl of water.

How can you call it a “bowl of water” after that?

A famous dog once came to town

Known to his friends as Pete

His pedigree was ten yards long

His looks were hard to beat

And as he trotted down the road

’twas beautiful to see

His work at every corner

Every post and every tree

He never missed a land mark

He never missed a post

For piddling was his masterpiece

And piddling pleased him most

A simple marksmanship ribbon would have done.

He couldn’t pass it without passing it.

Our dog always drains his bowl before a walk. We call it collecting ammo. When we get back from the walk he reloads.

A daunting task, yet done so effortlessly.

We told him not to pee on Medusa’s leg, but he never listens.

He was hoping for a fountain not a statue.

Dogs, and other mammals, like to mark their territory. Having a bladder the size of a supertanker is important.

Why would he pee on a bowl of water?

He was a southern dog so now they have removed his statue.

Santa Paws isn’t impressed.

Peeing on a bowl of water is funny, somehow?

What statue only? Shoulda been a fountain.

His name was “Spot”.

Why would a dog pee on a bowl of water? That doesn’t make sense.

We once owned a dog that could probably give him a run for the money. Could NOT walk past a tree or bush or post!

Makes me teary eyed…

Why would he pee on a bowl of water? No fire hydrants around?

Wow! I’ve never known a dog dumb enough to pee on a bowl of water, even once. :) :) :)

And that was just within the first block of the walk

…hence the bowl became a bowl of pee?

We got a new dog. To establish dominance, she would pee on top of our first, smaller dog’s mark. After I had to give the first dog a bath, she was taught to wait till the first dog was finished and out of the way!
