Of course you put a watch in it. How else to you know how long it’s aged?
Wonder if vintners could devise a label or wrap that gradually change color as the wine ages. When it reached a certain shade of whatever, buyers would know to open it at its best moment.
Always enjoy these two. They usually are up to something interesting.

That 14 Hands is now 16 Hands wine.

A geartoothsome vintage. Redolent with notes of brass and radium from the glow-in-the-dark dial.
Most good wines have legs, this one has hands.

Also the quality of the foot fungus.
2:20 pm was a very good vintage.
Just as long as that is the only thing that you dropped in there.
