Now he has to deal with the stump and roots. Good luck not ripping out any underground wiring!

This is exactly what I predicted in yesterday’s comic comments. Time to buy a Powerball ticket! (On second thought, I should have bought the ticket yesterday.)

Yes, no more leaves in the gutters, but no more shade on hot summer afternoons.

You think this is a joke, do you? My own father had Crank tendencies. Once he decided the dining table was too high for him. Now, what would you do? Find a cushion to sit on and raise yourself up, right? No, he had an inch cut off the table legs! One inch! Once these guys have an idea, they think it must be great.

I’ve noticed the older you get the less tender hearted you feel toward threatening trees.

Ah… a depiction of a freaking moron. Get gutter screens and if you want to save money install them yourself.

That so-called chainsaw looks an awful lot like the little toy chainsaw my grandson used to have. The ‘chain’ was a set of beads.

I thought when he electrocuted the tree a year or two that took care of the problem, since he killed it. Must have had a new, fully grown tree planted.

Don’t worry everyone, that chainsaw is only big enough to prune some branches, The tree should survive the minor cut he gives it.

I hate to say I think like Crankshaft, but that’s exactly what I did earlier this summer. I have two acres full of trees, with two of them hanging over my house. Not only do they spill leaves and acorns onto my roof and into my gutters, it was also a bridge for ants and other insects to invade my house. I had them both cut down. No more ant problem for sure.

Not true as wind can blow leaves into gutters from trees not near the gutter

If I recall, he lives in his daughter and son in law’s home. That means the tree belongs to Pam. Did he ask permission to cut the tree? I see trouble coming.

Haha! (^▽^) Well unless you plan on cutting down all the trees in the neighborhood that’s not really gonna work. Plus I have a feeling it’s gonna end up falling on the roof of the house.
