I like Mondays. But then again, I like root canal surgery.

This is a bad Monday for Brutus. Dressed for work and it’s a holiday.

Brutus needs to stop drinking before Sunday! He’s still under a hangover.

Isn’t this Columbus Day in America?

In Canada, today is Thanksgiving Monday. It is a holiday, but we don’t make it a four day weekend like you Yankees do.

I’ll greet it by making it wanna leave… great idea for getting rid of unwanted guests, especially when they show up unannounced and say they’re spending the night. :J

Monday is the worst day of the year. 52 times. Hang on though, we have a Friday the 13th coming up.

Poor Brutus looks like several Mondays have ganged up on him at once. He and Garfield can form a Monday support group.

Hang on Brutus, It’ll get worse at work.

It’s Thanksgiving up here in Canada.

While I loved pretty much everything about both my careers and very happily devoted four decades to pragmatic servitude to Her Majesty and The Crown, the very best thing about my current career – retirement – is that every day is Saturday, and there are no more #@$% Mondays…even when Monday fell on a Wedesday evening at 6:00, it was still Monday, shift work being one of the facets of my life that I never embraced

I don’t suppose the tea cozy industry sees Columbus Day as a holiday from work. Brutus maybe should stick to hot chocolate when watching football.

Big deal, when you’re the born loser, everyday is Monday.

One can never be ready enough though. However, on a more happier note, a Happy Thanksgiving to our Canadian Brothers and Sisters to the North……

Ok big guy – up and at ‘em! Carpe diem! Early bird gets the worm! Those didn’t work with me either Brutus. Look at it this way – one day closer to retirement!

I hated Mondays. Always wore black since I was in mourning for the weekend!
