Crocodiles doing book signings and eating the book store manager; the comic artist arrested and jailed for breaking Federal laws against possession of marijuana on a commercial flight. Where does Pastis come up with these Croc-Pot ideas?
I thought this book tour story line was just a piece of fiction for the strip. I just found out that it is a real tour, and Pastis was at Changing Hands in Tempe, AZ two nights ago. 5 miles from my house. Dang, I would have liked to gone to see him.
Sure it is! Ours in . . . either The Town of Tonawanda or Amherst, I think the later because it’s confusing, is a hotspot! It does have a little cafe though . . .

Andrews McMeel Publishing does not accept any responsibility for the actions of Stephan Pastis or those claiming to represent him.

All shift managers are noble, but what’s a “barnes”? (And why can’t pig conjugate a copula?)

I thought the crocs were inept beyond ineptness!
Especially Larry!

Nice to see the Crocs get a mention here, but hopefully they’ll actually make an appearance soon.

Could be worse. Billy Keene Aged 7 could be filling in for Stephen.

It means that either you or Stephen is gonna take the blame for whatever stupid things the Crocs does!

Yes.

The good news is that if the shift manager was swallowed whole, he can be spit out whole. Comics physics applies.
Steverino Premium Member over 1 year ago
This is phoney. Crocs don’t swallow things whole. Pythons do that. Crocs chew up their food before swallowing it.

The Crocs? They barely get any “screen time” nowadays. Bring them back! Bring them back!

Yeah, Pig should have known better than to have the Crocs fill in for Pastis at the book signing.
