I foresee Gordo ending up owning a gas station in the near future.

Gordon is doing quite well since he left his alcoholic parents. Which proves that kids can make good in spite of—not because of—their upbringing.

While I appreciate the many skills and the necessities of dentists, I don’t like to see them referred to as ‘Doc.’

Wow, remember the times when “Fill ’er up” at the gas station meant fill the tank all the way up? Nowaday’s fill her up means only fill ‘er half way since you don’t likely have enough cash money on you to pay for a complete tank.

I miss the days when you knew the owner and employees at the corner full service gas station.

Thought “Interac” might have been a Space Invaders type game… here’s Wikipedia’s explanation: Interac is a Canadian interbank network that links financial institutions and other enterprises for the purpose of exchanging electronic financial transactions. Interac serves as the Canadian debit card system and the predominant funds transfer network via its e-Transfer service.

Also, I’m pleased we have a young person not going to college making good.

Personally, I think that Gordon is ‘growing’ and becoming more of an adult than Michael ! !

“Prove”? no, it is but one example of a possibility as the comments also indicate. The chances are not in favor of that child. Other adults in their lives can help increase their chances – like the Pattersons.

I see a dentist who is about to become a silent partner/backer in a gas station business.

Always good to see youth/anyone excel, even in a comic strip : ) Gordo is go!

Fill ’er up… That goes back a ways.

Are there actually places where an attendant pumps your gas anymore? In CT there is only self service. I should move to Canada.

Gordo is a great example and all around good guy…

Gordon won’t have any problem getting Tracy, Allyson, or any other girl to admire him if he keeps this up.

I can’t see any more of this comic. I don’t know why. All my other comics are updated but not this one. Can you tell me why?
