Besides, Kim has been around MUCH more than Mike.

I miss Alex’s wide open “child’s” eyes that she “grew out” of last November. She looks so odd to me……she is still only 11, but she looks as old as everyone else only smaller.

Some ex’s are a better fit than others.

Thus no ex-girlfriends .

I don’t think Mike HAS any old girlfriends. I don’t recall that he dated much.

Nice to know that the kid never had any illusions of what her Mother was and still is.

It’s not what you know; It’s who knows you!

If the biz is buying and selling “junk”, perhaps JJ’s “art” may be a good fit.

Oh good… Uncle stupid-head would be living on the couch and using the wrong toothbrush constantly

With JJ, comes that texas mooch.

It came out of her mouth only because Garry Trudeau made it come out.

If there’s one thing I know about corporate America, is that no bad idea — no matter how bad — is ever SO bad that someone won’t try it.

IIRC Mike was supposedly somewhat of a “stud” in college, and when J.J., after leaving him the first time, returned, he had a woman in bed with him (and he sent the woman away instead of J.J.), so it’s not as though J.J. is his only past romantic interest (just the only one he’d had during Alex’s lifetime IIRC). However, after spending more than a subsequent decade as a faithful married man, he’d long since left those dalliances behind him by the time he met Kim, whose own past romances were much more recent and much more casual.

So, everything up to Mike Doonesbury was just “recruiting”.

You know, it is better than hiring future boyfriends. :)

But at least she just worked out why he hired any of his friends.

Mike should be happy that Kim is a sapiosexual person, and has such a high quality pool of exes to tap for solid skill!
