He’d rather not face it.

His paranoia has become an actual physical manifestation.

Just because you know they are out to get you, doesn’t mean you are paranoid.

As a student nurse, my wife was working the emergency room. She asked one person what his issue was. He removed his hat to reveal a bullet between the skin on his temple and his skull.

This was Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn, NY. Nurses who trained there, joined the military and then went on to serve in combat did well.

Personally, my first stop with such an injury would not have been the hospital. It would have been at a convenience store to buy a lottery ticket.

It took me a while to see his problem. The drawing style lacks something.

I carried my young daughter in to the hospital when she broke her leg on the trampoline, her leg had a ninety degree angle above the ankle and the bone had came out, the desk nurse said what’s the problem and I told her she has a broken leg and the nurse said with out looking up asked why I thought. When they got things moving they treated us well and assembled a team to operate.
