I’ve never seen Leopold so busy before. Wonder what he does with his “projects” after he’s finished with them!!!

Mmm! Brownie bites. With ice cream.

He probably eats the leftovers, or at least makes a stew.

Gary reminds me of my partner when he asks the same question.

The mundane and macabre, except brownie bites are not mundane.

I’d guess one of Leo’s favorite cookies might be ladyfingers.

Hmmm. In trying to imagine the layout of Gary’s basement utilizing the perspective of these three frames, one wonders if Escher dabbled in tract homes.

Sometimes Buford pushes the edge of the envelope a little harder than he does at others.

Brownies are selling cookies at Publix now.

All out of Brownies, but I could make some Girl Scout Goulash.

I know that this comment is not about the strip, but it is about vampires. I just listened to the 1938 Mercury Theater’s version of Dracula with Orson Welles. It is on YouTube. It was fantastic. Better than War of the Worlds. If you like that kind of thing, check it out.

All that lab equipment must cost an arm and a leg – looks like Leo is getting ready to pay.

I like the detail where Leopold has his lab notebook there with a pen (no doubt a Fisher Space Pen). I admire his dedication to scientific discipline!
