do people normally leave unwrapped cheese in the fridge?

Yellow cheese turns blue. Blu cheese turns to . . . ?

Like George Carlin asked, “Where is all the blue food?”

When I was a kid, I’d order Roquefort salad dressing, which apparently now is bleu cheese dressing (I know, not exactly the same, but a close approximation).

Looks like Swiss cheese before it got dessiccated and blue.

Silly, that’s not cheese, it’s meatcake.

It’s a moldy but a goodie.

That is funny!

We don’t have any blue, just Brie.

Reminds me of the line from the movie The Odd Couple,

Oscar Madison: I got, uh, brown sandwiches and, uh, green sandwiches. Which one do you want?

Murray: What’s the green?

Oscar Madison: It’s either very new cheese or very old meat.

As long as it isn’t green………
