When I was a kid, I’d order Roquefort salad dressing, which apparently now is bleu cheese dressing (I know, not exactly the same, but a close approximation).
Looks like Swiss cheese before it got dessiccated and blue.
Silly, that’s not cheese, it’s meatcake.
It’s a moldy but a goodie.

We don’t have any blue, just Brie.
Reminds me of the line from the movie The Odd Couple,
Oscar Madison: I got, uh, brown sandwiches and, uh, green sandwiches. Which one do you want?

Oscar Madison: It’s either very new cheese or very old meat.
