Seriously, start looking into Homes. Preferably ones with Electric Fences and Moats. It will be fine, he’ll find friends there. I’m positive Insurance will cover tuition.
Had that happen just two days ago. Alarm went off in an apartment the floor below mine. The sensor status panel for the building was going insane, and no one answered the door when I banged on it. Fire department showed up after a few minutes, then gave the all-clear 15 minutes after that, without explaining what set off the alarm. We suspect burnt toast.
At work. Office 7 floors up. Fire alarm goes off and we all troop out. Figure it is a drill but FD shows up!! Eventually, no fire found. We troop back in and the story spreads on what happened. Woman’s birthday and coworkers surprised her at her desk with a cake and lit candles. Smoke detector over her desk, LOL!!! She took a lot of ribbing about the number of candles, LOL!!
When I had one of these busybody robots over the stove, it would add insult to injury at a time when it was perfectly obvious what was burning, i.e. I was cooking. I disconnected the thing. The cats are best at detecting and reporting any suspicious odors or noises in the home.

Now I know how to get my kids up in the morning for school. This is excellent.

Apparently Mom wears a sleep mask at night. I wonder why? Does Dad need a nightlight in order to sleep?

Did anyone notice that panels 1 through 3 are a divided into a pan shot?

Oh, he’d be chained up in the shed. And the shed would be far, far inland.

Sterling’s idea of an alarm clock.
…you can’t exactly deny that it’s extremely effective.

Do they not have a cage for that kid?

“Smoky toast!” (thanks to Heywood Banks).

Not gonna lie, this trick is clever in a very Sterling sort of way.

A Sterling example of what not to do at some God-forsaken hour of the morning.
And, yes, I actually posted a pun even though I generally despise them. And no, I’m not sorry, and no, I won’t see myself out!

That’s one way to wake everyone up

Knowing Sterling, this action is pretty tame. He could have turned it up to 11.

A burnt offering to the deity of Sterling’s choosing. This morning. Almost everyone sleeps in their underwear… apparently.
