Oddly enough, his man’s cave might be the safest piece of real estate out there. Safe from earthquakes, tornadoes, and fires and with a much lower utility bill, that cave could be the future of man.

Obviously, he thought buying DJT Truth Social stock was a great investment, until he realized the company loses hundreds of millions each quarter!

But Consolidated Buggywhip had a monopoly.

Oh what we would have given to have a cave! We had to live in a hole in the ground. The hole would fill with water every time it rained and we would have to tread water until it drained. Then if we were lucky there would be fresh road kill nearby that we would cook if the matches were dry, otherwise we ate it very rare. If no meat we ate grass and occasionally a handful of warm gravel. But we could have had it worse, I suppose…
