Sheldon Cooper solved this quandary a long time ago. Since they can’t see their reflections, vampires meet in pairs and groom each other.

According to my sources, it’s World Dracula Day, but National Vampire Day was March 10. Then there’s International Vampire Day on November 8.

The thing about this is, the reason vampires’ reflections were said to be unable to be seen was because back in the day, mirrors had silver backings, and silver was considered a ‘pure’ metal (same reason why silver bullets work on werewolves). Nowadays, though, mirrors largely have aluminum backing (it’s cheaper and much more reflective than silver) so there should be no problems.

Unless, of course, he’s still using an old mirror, but then that’s on him.
