We did our own daydreaming. We didn’t have to download it.

We went outside and got hit by cars, chased by bullies, yelled at by old folks to stay off their lawns and broke windows with baseballs, etc, etc, and we LOVED it!!

… “fell in wells” … this “discussion” is getting deep.

I don’t know what his problem is- phones were either on the wall or on a desk. And nobody around town had a well to fall into.

Don’t forget the noisy neighbor who loved to listen in on the party line. Now it’s some loudmouth in the gym having an argument with their spouse or worse..

Well these days they is fells in rivers trying to takes stoopid selfies.

Well, well.

The only time I ever stared at a phone back then was when I was cleaning the dirt out from under the rotary dial with a pipe cleaner. Why anyone is nostalgic for those awful phones is beyond me.

…and when we walked into someone, it was on purpose!

At 80, I remember something about reading, and sometimes studying, many many books.
