Alito and Thomas are the MAGAt idea of non-partisan.

Remember, ANY appearance of impropriety and the Justice should Recuse themselves. Of course, the Supremes have no ethical review board overseeing them…But how can we trust them, if they never recuse themselves!

But at least they know what a woman is, even though they’re not biologists.

It is amazing that the two most corrupt justices were not appointed by Trump. If re-elected, he will be sure to correct that mistake.

It’s not about what their wives did. It’s about the left losing control of the court and having to find another way to get their agenda into law. They know if Congress tried to pass their agenda they would be voted out.

Yes, but those wives reflect family values, and I’m pretty sure Alito and Thomas knew what their wives were doing. By not decrying it outright, they were both complicit. The responsible action would be to recuse themselves from any cases that intersect with their wives’ insurgent beliefs.

The appearance of impropriety is sufficient.

MORE DNC attack on the Supreme Court. Libs had the Supreme Court for 60 years and EVERYTHING was great! As soon as Conservatives get a slight majority the Supreme Court becomes another “threat to Democracy”. Like the “everything is racist meme” it gets tiring.
