Trolls never seem to be interested in learning why their comments subtract from a discussion instead of adding to it. That’s especially true when they’re being paid to spread lies and sow doubt.

A diversionary debate tactic: Nibbling the actual point to death by purposely ducking the question.

Desperation is the hallmark of Trolls. This quote by Sartre is entirely a propos, because anti-semites are nothing more than the worst kind of hateful trolls:

We used to think it was innocent fun; hanging out under bridges trying to get someone’s goat. It got way too toxic around mid2015.

It’s like in real life when someone says something derogatory and you react and then they say “Geez, I was just kidding!”

Nowadays that passes for political debate.

Who knew it was really a duck
