I vote for something chocolatey and decadent … maybe chocolate mousse pie with lots of real whipped cream. The crust … nothing has ever come close to my mother’s piecrust. The only thing I remember about it is that she put the Land O’ Lakes cold butter in a bowl, took two table knives, and crisscrossed them in the butter, over and over, until all of the butter was cut into uniform tiny baby pea size.
