Confused here — Biden’s saying that he won’t interfere in the case for the benefit of his family, so… boo, Biden?

Please. Joe Biden is lying like he always does. Saying he would pardon his son would hurt him politically. After he loses, the pardon will come for the federal gun charge. Same for the tax charges – even if the trial is not over.

That settles it! I’ll not be voting for Hunter in November.

Meanwhile trump promises to hand out pardons to people who committed treason like they were penny candy.

Drug addiction is a problem that has damaged many families, its sickening to see the republican leaning cartoonists make fun of this tragedy just to score some points against a sitting president.

Pretty clear the Right and their bootlickers like Ted want the President to do what Trump does with convenient pardons and similar corruption.

There’re no palm trees in Rehoboth. But there are parents all across the country and at all levels of society facing the heartbreak of having an addict child. They are often torn between wanting to help their child in any way they can and not wanting to enable them or continue to bail them out. For the sake of partisanship, we could attach some venal motivation for Biden, but Hunter has been an addict for years and Biden kept a hands-off approach for years also.

Man, our political “leaders” have truly failed us with all the commenters here saying Ted Rall is a right wing republican. 40 years of attacking the Left for anything under the sun (despite the Left having a winning record of all the major issues of the times) and we’re seeing no concept that the Left even exists in the minds of Liberals everywhere

Maybe we could ignore Hunter if he hadn’t wrapped himself and his family into highly inappropriate and questionable foreign monetary relationships.

Daddy could have put the brakes on anywhere but instead supported, encouraged and even flew him around on Air Force 2.

Some voters, maybe a lot, will say,“OMG, this guy will leave his own son in prison? I’m voting for Trump!” And in reality, he wouldn’t be just leaving his son in prison; he’d be leaving his son to be placed in particularly dangerous conditions while Pres. Trump laughs, and denied the usual parole, etc., by Trumpie judges. Biden should not have made that commitment, & I won’t mind if he breaks it.
