Libertarian/Rand-ian, “greed is good”, “altruism is bad” mixed with extreme right-wing “christian” nationalism [godliness?] has negative effects on a [former?] republic’s seemingly autonomous justice system.

When Harlan and Clarence and Ginni want to spoon while on vacation, who gets to be the middle spoon, Clarence or Ginni? (My guess is Ginni.)

The liberal SCOTUS Justices are not on the take, and hiding bribes, unlike Alito and Thomas.

Another reason most Liberals are morally superior to many Conservatives.

As Crow has repeatedly had cases before SCOTUS and Thomas has never recused himself, then yes: Bribery. Collusion.

Maybe we can start a GoFundMe for We The People to buy a SCOTUS justice or two for ourselves?

Someone on GC commented that they discussed with a GQP neighbor the exact situation with Crow and Ol’ Clarence, except he substituted George Soros and Sandra Sotomayor. The guy flipped out, “She must be impeached and Soros in prison!” He then informed him of the true principals, he grumbled about “fake news”.

If it walks like a Thomas and acts like a Thomas and refuses to recuse like a Thomas, you know it’s an unethical Thomas. And I’ll bet he doesn’t even confess his taking implicit bribes in the Confessional.
