Joan’s been treating Wally badly. He’s met someone younger, prettier, who is childless or has a reliable babysitter. If she’s also kinder, then Joan’s behavior is even less attractive. Time for Joan to realize she’s not the only option Wally has.

We should have a poll to determine the Most Annoying Character in a Comic Strip. Joan is clearly in the running, along with several characters in “Liberty Meadows.”

When the moon is in that phase and position, it is 5 AM, in the crescent waning phase it is not even close to being up yet at midnight.

Be careful Joan Police takes swatting seriously.
