I’m up to 2 miles on a tread mill at 7% in 30 minutes. I don’t expect to lose weight but I know it is good for my heart
Looks like the doctor is gaining a few pounds in the first panel…
That might be a good start if a person lived in a rural area where the roads are one mile apart and bound an area of 640 acres. But even so …
Yuck-yuck.
I have a friend who’s a doctor, and he’s way overweight. Go figure
Getting started is the hard part.
Walking around the block for me would be about a 10 mile trip. There is a big lake in the middle.
Okay. It’s a start.
Get in those 4000 steps
My Doc said that "Doctors are like spouses, ’ Well that’s good, now do better’ ".
FUNNY….
Big block!
I do a lot of walking at work
He hadn’t even made it to half a block yet.
I think I remember Snoopy, at some point, deciding to read War and Peace, one word per day.
