I like the saying I read ages ago; “I may be slower than a herd of turtles walking thru chunky peanut butter, but, I’m jogging!” I find that sounds nice in my head, when I’m walking & find my pace has slacked off to an amble. At least I’m moving.

I get 10,000 steps in 5 days a week…and sometimes ache. But then I think to myself “Imagine how much you’d ache if you didn’t walk!”
I’m going to start bowling again after taking 10 years off…just where did I put that bottle of ibuprofen?
