This reminds me of a W. C. Fields movie; his niece was about to throw a brick at an obnoxious kid, but Fields stopped her and told her to count to 10. After she finished, and was obviously calmer, he said, “Now throw, you’ll have good aim!”

Or he hits them with a baseball bat or throws them off a cliff or tall building.

Next year he may even try for 4.

Try counting to 300. That’ll give time for everyone to get out of the blast radius.

Sounds like one shouldn’t turn ones back to Rat.

As WC Fields said, " if you get angry, count to ten, then you have better aim."

What would Rat do after he forgave seventy times seven times? I think we all know.

It may be working for the moment but it won’t be long before people who know Rat start recognizing that as a tell.

Great trick: I’ll try to remember that the next time I get into a bar room fight.
