Is Woodstock a mockingbird?

People are too busy playing on their phones and taking pics of themselves to shoot at birds anymore.

Ralphie and Dennis the Menace don’t shoot Woodstock.

So sad.

I’m glad he quit jogging south. :-)

As a 1969 Disney cartoon short put it, “It’s Tough To Be A Bird”.

Try being a human. Now THAT’S hard.

Then again, there are those wonderful people with bird feeders and bird baths.

From theropods to today’s beauties, birds have come along way!

And that’s why Woodstock doesn’t sing.

Just continue to love on him, Snoopy!

I agree.

They get picked on by the people who just washed their cars and those birds lay in wait.

I have said this before; many years ago some kids shot a crow with a sling shot, at the end of our road. Killed the crow, from that day on another crow would sit 24×7, in a tree, across the road from the house. Edgar Allen Poe for a year in our neighbourhood.

If they do that to our Woodstock, they’ll answer to me! So there!

It is definitely a raw deal.

Or you could try to help a country and get rewarded with a bunch of lawsuits

It is sad what we, mankind, do to oour fellow creatures on this earth.

Poor Woodstock. I wonder if that’s the first time hearing that? He looks terrified!

I was put here to enjoy life and live in peace. But instead, I have to live with other humans, endure constant bickering, fighting, killing, and hatred with every freedom I ever was granted being taken away in the name of “safety” “peace” and somebodies wallet – sorry Woodstock it’s the way of a fallen nature. Come on over and we’ll quaff a few root beers and reminisce about the “good ol’ days”

Be a city bird. As long as you don’t poop on anyone’s car, no one will bother you!

Think about it, what a twisted world we live in.

People are mean. And Woodstock is protected because his species migrates, even if he doesn’t.

Snoopy’s comment is a pretty sad assessment of the human race in general.

I had a BB gun when I was a kid (and dinosaurs ruled the Earth) and I had slingshots, too, but I never shot them at songbirds.

Sling shots and BB guns??? That’s optimistic! ;-)

Ain’t that the truth! But yet they keep singing…thank goodness!
