Makes me wonder who her king was. I’m going to go out on a limb and guess “Larry”.

Yes, I know, but 1, it’s a dream, and 2, it’s in a comic.

Brutus just doesn’t get it.

Brutus is her attentant already, he just doesn’t know it

Judt like in real life Brutus is a born loser even in Gladys’ dreams.

So then the only thing that changed is that you lived in a palace?

Well, Brutus, at least you’re in the palace.

Honestly, I would do that for my wife. She’s the most amazing person in the world.

Weird, funny dreams are the best. It’s the ones that when you wake-up that you were glad you were asleep and not living it – the unsettling ones.

I can’t believe it took me this long, but I have now come to believe that Brutus is the Rodney Dangerfield of comics! (For those of you too young to remember, Rodney Dangerfield was a brilliant comedian whose tagline was “I don’t get no respect.”)

i always refer to myself as the part-time help. i’d be a better attendant for my wife if i weren’t so busy serving the cats’ every need… ☺
