Spouse has pretty much stopped baking cookies. I suppose I’ll eventually have to step up.

I haven’t eaten a cookie since the last century.

Who knows?  How could it possibly be my fault?

You get more chocolate for you money by buying chocolate chips.

Earl probably ate them all himself…

Don’t be so quick to judge her, Earl. Her chocolate may be the thing that keeps her from completely losing it!

Seen all those “recipes” for cookies made with cake mix? Meh! Make them from scratch…well worth the extra time!

Well Earl, “Life’s like a box of chocolate.”

We have a bag of butterscotch morsels, one of semi-sweet chocolate and one of sweet chocolate. All over four years old. Why? Ask my wife. And while you are at it, inquire about the Cranraisins that pre-date our 2010 marriage.

Dark chocolate are the BEST. . . a spoonful of . . . and so on and so forth. . .

My wife makes homemade chocolate chip cookies every once in awhile. They are delicious!

Is there a problem? Like a cat to the sound of the can opener, the crunch of the chocolate chip bag calls me. (Dark chocolate chunks, please.)

I only buy chocolate chips when I am going to bake cookies right then. If I keep them on hand—they just seem to disappear somehow.

Talk about product placement!

Maybe opal needs a 12 step program? ;-)

The last time I bought oreos, they were 49 cents.

I’m out of chocolate, but I found a partial bag of chocolate chips in the pantry this morning. That will hold me until I do my groceries.

turns out, and this is true, our grocery store sells modest-sized bags of cookies, and sometimes they’re marked down to half price.

My local Albertson’s sells a pack of 10 cookies for $4, they’re over twice the size of regular cookies (like chips ahoy or oreos) it would definitely cost me more than $4 to buy the ingredients plus the time and effort of making and baking them and they come in several tasty flavors from your regular chocolate chip to “cowboy cookies” (an oatmeal cookie with chocolate chips and pecans)

I am the only one in my family, I cannot have chocolate, started noticing issues age 40, took time to test the reaction moved on me, know I suffer from any chocolate, I had to stop. Even the smell.

Cookies are the elixir of life.
