Wonder how much the Snail racing referee job pays?

I used to keep racing snails. One day, I thought it would be a good idea to remove their shells to make them go faster. It didn’t work, it just made them sluggish.

Maybe it’s Builder Bob cosplay.

At a guess, the last Snail Racing Referee got slimed.

Andy has very little to no experience with kids. And I think Horace forgot the kneepads and the cup. :D

In spite of Andy’s well earned reputation and past experiences, I have to agree with him this time.

Where I’m from “soft play” is not something kids would do. Well, not get caught at doing.

Andy didn’t get offered the job because he did not meet the DEI Affirmative Action guidelines and Horace is trying to meet his quota of incompetent illegal immigrants. However, if Andy tries again next week he could be hired (Heaven forbid) to do the job of the aforementioned DEI/AA/II and his job evaluation will be on “Providing Leadership” for the aforementioned yada.

In reality, “health and safety” has harmed the UK economy far more than it helped keep people safe.

He may want to add knee pads and a sports cup.

Can’t blame Andy for not wanting THAT job!

Sounds like appropriate and necessary protection … from the parents.

Given how rowdy some kids can be, I’d say the requirements are perfectly reasonable.

Horace clearly had no wish to hire Andy.
