College? Doesn’t Peter have to start his senior year in high school first? 35 years and counting… Still waiting for the strip where Bill teases that Peter and Paige are about to start their senior and sophomore years, then Jason presses the Reset Button on his GameStation SwitchBox whatever it’s called this week.
As someone who has taught at universities for the past 25 years — if he can pay, he’s in. The academic requirements are almost as rigorous as they are for a carnival ride, but without the height restrictions.
I don’t remember my parents EVER asking me how my homework was going. I just did it and never said anything to them about it at all (I don’t remember ever asking for help on anything either).
Ah, the ol’ “somebody is worse than me” defense. Got SO sick of that when I was teaching. Not being as bad as the next guy is no excuse for your own shortcomings.

Little do they know peter will never go to college because he’s a cartoon character who can’t age.

I wouldn’t have been allowed in front of the television with answers like that.

With his four-year college degree, Peter’s lifetime career will be saying, “Which sauce for your nuggets, Ma’am?”

Well, he hasn’t yet to date, despite having been told to look into it for most of this entire strip’s run… ;)

It’s an improvement for Paige as normally she doesn’t even have that much accomplished!

Siblings are great…especially when you can rat them out and/or shift the negative attention from you to them…
