There is an irony to how some people kill themselves by attempting to live longer.

I just watched a horror movie where an old couple is chased around by probiotic yogurt.

It was called Paranormal Activia.

So, I’ve been hearing people talk about probiotics and how good they are for you. I don’t buy into it.

I guess you could say that I’m anti-biotic.

Probiotics are a critical part of your diet.

The health of your digestive system is too important to leave up to amateur biotics.

I just took a probiotic.

Now I’m multicultural.

Most probiotic bacteria get killed in the stomach from the high acid content before they even reach the intestines.
