Hahaha, it’s funny because a grown man couldn’t see just by looking at it that the turkey wouldn’t fit inside the microwave oven and had to try to squeeze it in.
Not true Ed. You can microwave a turkey. First Ed you open the microwave door wide open, second you stick a pencil or other small object into the lock so the microwave thinks the door is closed, third you stand right in front of the microwave Ed, as close as possible and then turn on the microwave for 30 minutes of cook time.
Many years ago, I was living in Norway, working for the American Embassy and I had an American size stove in my kitchen. When Thanksgiving day came a lot of Americans who had Norwegian stoves, were calling me up and asking me if they could use my oven to roast their bird because it didn’t fit in the Norwegian stoves
Not that big of a bird, but actually you could. It just won’t come out as well as when you do it the “traditional” way. “Nuke” the leftovers, Ed. Those should work well microwaved.
Has Crankshaft always had that wisp of hair on top of his head and I am only now noticing it? I guess you know that it is Thanksgiving or Christmas because he is hatless.

Now Ed could find another way to roast a turkey now that he knows it can’t be microwaved. Maybe the fireplace?

I have cooked turkey’s in a microwave. It is quite possible, when you have a large enough microwave oven.
