If the clock hasn’t worked since World War 2, it’s been broken since before the clock in Back to the Future.

A factory I worked at years ago had the skylights painted over for that reason!

In other words, time stood still!

Me still no get what the tick tock is going on in this so called story.

I wonder if that device that unidentified man was caressing in the clock tower is a “dirty bomb”????

Ah, I apologize for saying the clock face was too large. I was assuming it had a clock-face on all four sides. Off the top of my head I can’t recall the largest singular clock-face.

(Wikipedia’s list of largest clock faces include a lot of things that aren’t on towers – freestanding or horizontal rather than vertical, but the 1933 Duquesne Brewery clock is interesting for being wider than the tower it’s on and is still the largest single-sided clock tower in the US.)
