Over the top, dear … new toilet roll holder, new ugly wall paint, slippery when wet floor polish, when does the new bathtub arrive, plenty of squares to share. And it only took 4 hours in the store to find everything needed and not needed.
From the way the TP is, it looks like they have cats. If you have cats and the TP comes out the other way, when the cats discover it, it will be all over the floor.
My wife buys oversize paper towel rolls that don’t fit on the towel stand. Why do they make such big stuff? I can’t help but think is a new tricky way of shrinkflation.
For those who have not heard it… studies have shown that “leftovers” from the toilet can reach to 6 feet out from the toilet, when it’s flushed. That means, if the paper is hanging underneath, it is dragging on a potentially contaminated section of the wall. Hanging “over,” also gives easier access to the free end of the paper, without having to drag hands down the wall, to grasp it.

How you can tell you’re not buying “double” or “triple” sized rolls – they still fit in the same size depression in the wall.
