Christmas is here,

We would drink a toast.

The tree is all lit up

And so is our host!

I’m waiting for mid-December to erect my tree (artificial, of course). It’s 4-foot tall and presently in the basement, fully decorated and under a sheet.

That’s the way to do it…

Just toss up a Charlie Brown tree, like Geech and Merle do.

That’s why Maude waited until today to do her Black Friday shopping. He’s too lit to notice. (But he’ll notice when the credit card bill comes due)

Yule be partied out before the holidays even start.

You can just unplug the lights on the tree.

Unfortunately you can’t just unplug Dave.

Once again, Dave put his whole self into decorating the tree…HICCUP!

I guess my tree which is similar to a Charlie Brown tree is coming out of the storage cabinet… on the 20th. Humbug.

I love the cat.

Kinda sad that this will be my first artificial tree experience … real vs. artificial … each has their own “ups” & “downs” …!

i once left my Christmas tree up for 9 years

I see that, in the tradition of most cats, Jonesy is “helping” with the tree.

On the ride home from the restaurant on Thanksgiving, I was surprised to see how many houses already had their lights up and turned on. I guess they took advantage of that prolonged warm fall to put up even more lights than usual.
