This sort of logic has very bad (and often racist) results. One of my friends (a black man) has had the police called on him for sitting in his car in a parking lot at a medical center rocking out to some music while waiting for his wife. According to the neighborhood watch mindset, anything unusual is automatically suspicious, and we should report anything suspicious to the police.
“No, no. No crime,” said Sherlock Holmes, laughing. “Only one of those whimsical little incidents which will happen when you have four million human beings all jostling each other within the space of a few square miles. Amid the action and reaction of so dense a swarm of humanity, every possible combination of events may be expected to take place, and many a little problem will be presented which may be striking and bizarre without being criminal.” – Arthur Conan Doyle, “The Adventure of the Blue Carbuncle”
Raymond Burr once had an office at Universal Studios that overlooked the tour tram route, and set a cardboard cutout of Alfred Hitchcock in the window so that the guides could say, “And there you can see Alfred Hitchcock in Raymond Burr’s rear window.” – Biography TV show

Heart is not James (Jane) Stewart. And her mom needs to introduce her to a certain film. Otherwise it’s Heart starring in “La Grande Delusion.”
