That art is outdated too. You should’ve taped a Martian banana to the crop field.
Are crop circles still a thing? Haven’t heard them mentioned lately.
What a load of crop…
I looked at the circles and was like why did he sign it 2024? Then I saw the comment.
He tried to make a joke with a crop in Iowa, but it was too corny…
If the crops look like that when the calendar changes, I’m guessing they’re somewhere in the Southern Hemisphere.
Great joke! (And very appropriate.)
Aha. Just what the alien astronut theorists was suspected!
A soon-to-be-lost life tip. I always put the new year on the next few checks in the checkbook to make sure I don’t make that mistake.
OK, that was funny.
If crop circles are a manner in which aliens are trying to communicate. . .what happens if they make a typo??
I still can’t believe l’m in the 21st Century and regularly begin signing ‘19’.
Oops.
Your penmanship is sloppy. How are we supposed to read that?
I doubt anyone will notice.
Yeah, that will confuse them. Also, probably should not have left the lengths of rope and scythe you used to create the circles. :)
Thinking back last year, I wrote only one check which was the first check in my last booklet of checks. Once I’m done (in another 15 to 20 years), I can order new checks which will have 20__ filled in instead of 19__.
It’s an Old cartoon.. He will just change the text an do it again next year.
Checkuary – n. The period one spends writing checks with last year’s number on them before you become acclimated, AKA sober up.
