I’m a winter person so don’t mind a cold gray day, don’t get much rain in winter.

It’s a beautiful day to stay inside.

Cup of tea. Feet up. Good book. Sweet.

Good day to watch a few movies.

Every day is a good day for Lucy to be crabby!

Like she needs an excuse

Give it time Lucy, when you get to be my age you’ll be able to say, “Excuse me for being crabby! I’m going though my terrible 60’s!”

I on the other hand love it when it is raining or snowing. I hate summer personally. But you know, I am also a really nice guy and never show anger in public.

So be happy-watch the rain give the plants water, watch the snow gently (or not so gently) fall. Meditate on the wonders of precipitation. Just be sure you have stocked up on canned and dried foods , plus stock up on gallon sized water, and get out the candles and blankets—-just in case the power goes out. Then please, be patient as those hard working power folks have to be out in that to restore it.

The days that are cold, wet & miserable—just make me smile. I feel so British at that point. (Unabashed Anglophile—of Irish descent. Go figure.)

It’s really lousy that she’s so crabby. If she’s crabby, they have something for that at CVS or Walgreens. Same stuff the nit pickers on here use. Or should use.

I like gray days. Nary a problem w/ this old coot.

She’s right; give him heck, Lucy.

In other words, it’s a good day to use threats of violence to force your brother to do your bidding without question.

But if he doesn’t want to be crabby? Maybe he’d like to be happy and this weather is ruining his mood!

It’s a good day to nap on the couch.

It snowed yesterday in VT. The skiing was fun!

Well, it’s a perfect day for warm fires, board games, and hot coffee with friends and family….I fail to see the problem :-)

Sometimes a rainy day that occurs on a day you’re able to stay in is nice. Extra sleep, reading, movie watching, etc. while staying cozy in the house

When did Lucy go from being a ‘fussbudget’ to ‘crabby’?

Every day is a good day for you to be crabby Lucy.

Perception as reality, yet again.

There are a few things that are good to do on a rainy, windy, cold day. Lying in bed under the covers and nodding off to the sound of raindrops on the window, for instance. Assuming you have the luxury to do so, of course.

I would expect that when is older she will marry Crabby Appleton.

And she knows crabby folks ! ;-)

We never complain about rain. Get it when you can.

As my old professor of Klingon studies would say, “It is a good day to die!!” But better tonight up a good fire, put on some music and read a good book. Or watch some good movies. And of course be a place where cats and dogs can nap with and on you.
