This is so funny! Spud’s biggest fear from the scenario, Seagull’s eyes mirroring theirs, the pup when Wallace comes bursting through
..and the punchline. The detail of all the trash flying, and the added sounds of it landing
..

Sundays are the best!! I love the Mr. Rogers song being sung before chaos ensues. And Wallace’s Victory! arms in the last panel.

Spud, according to Rod Serling the year is 2061 and the gold you stole and squirreled away in the cave is now worthless. (The Rip Van Winkle Caper, Twilight Zone)

I really hope this guy is quick enough to mess with them for a min or two. Love the squiggly speech balloon from Spud. That dog much have some Jack Russell in it for a vertical jump like that.

A big thank you to Mr. Henry for this & all the above-mentioned gems!

Reminds me of the line said in Barbarella before the “mathmos” devoured the black queen and heroin at the end of the movie

I am dressed almost (no curlers!) exactly like the old lady in the first panel. Too old to care what I wear and don’t give a “dam” that neighbors stare.

It is the three-hundred-and seventeenth year of our conquest by the Patriarch of Kzin, and the twenty-fourth year of the Governorship of the Dominant One, Lord Chuut-Ritt. And you are the first to escape from one of the Dominant One’s Live Meat Lockers!

Will Henry: Love WTB, and I must ask you a favor. Please, upon which date did the time-traveling from the future Wallace, Spud, and Amelia arc start? It’s my favorite arc, with Dad and the eye-patched seagull fighting the interdimensional pirate, and mermaid mom rescuing dad as very close second. Thank-you for the enjoyment your creativity brings me!

Well, if they WERE trapped, I wonder how long they could have survived on seagull meat.

    I’m joking.

They couldn’t have emerged by standing up and breaking the top—worked too long and hard on that exquisite construction to spoil it. Now, however, they have been reminded: location is key.
