Marigold’s reaction is priceless! I might’ve reacted the same way myself. (I’m easily impressed by the little things in life.) That said, does Emily look different to you? Also, why do I have a gut feeling that this strip might be the end? As I said in a previous comment, I’m not trying to worry anyone or spread misinformation, but I can’t shake this feeling.

I’ve seen observatories in space that advertise having a view of the Crab Nebula. I’ve visited mansions of candy surrounded by waterfalls of maple syrup. I’ve gone to underwater castles made of giant shells.

Ah yes… an “Arts and Crafts” style house. Very nice! And I do so much enjoy seeing Phoebe together with her parents :-)

To be fair I imagine most crystal palaces don’t have breakfast nooks.

When I was younger, the church I went to was going to build a new parsonage. They had plans drawn up and then presented them to the church council. One of the council members blocked it because the parsonage had a breakfast nook. Why should the pastor get a breakfast nook when he did not have one? Just one of the many reasons I am glad not to deal with churches anymore.

No garage and the house is 15’ off the road – yeah that’s a “great” find.

Looks like a house we lived in when I was a kid. My brother fell off the porch railing into those bushes.

looked through all comments and did not see somebody else pointing out… daddy has a long sleave grey something on in the 3rd panel, and the pants are black, and in the 1st and 4th panel, black (short sleave) TShirt and grey pants…. And, is it evening or what? It all looks so darky….
