Sorry, I was MIA yesterday! Busy week! I’ll try to get to the questions ASAP, but, AMA!

Okay, this appears wrong. That is a spatchcocked chicken on the plate… (Well it looks more like a spatchcocked Cornish game hen, but proportions are often a bit weird.) And it appears to be what he is cooking in panel 1 (once again, game hen or pigeon-sized).

Fried chicken is cooked on top of the stove, and best in a cast iron skillet. Spatchcocked chicken is roasted in the oven.

Was this a cooking test to see who know the word spatchcocked? Is this a test to see if nanny-bot will allow me to say spatchcocked?

I try not to post and the I see an entire panel devoted to an oddly drawn….Is that a chicken? A rabbit? You can sort of see its little rabbit head. A Cornish game hen? Duck? Goose? And why is there an entire panel devoted to it? Is Inma just so bad at cooking that she should stay out if the kitchen? If she is the kitchen, did she just walk around all day with the apparent fowl under her sweater?

You can’t wrestle without your head covered but it’s fine around the house?
