One of my kitties will position himself for a belly rub… but what he REALLY wants is a chin rub!! He will stretch and squirm and position his body so that I rub his chin, too. So funny!

The cuteness of cats is their secret weapon to get food and belly rubs.

Toe Beans.

Mine will make a certain soft meowing sound whenever I scold her for doing some mischief. It’s just too cute.

Reminds me of my dog Lizzie! Each morning upon awakening she rolls over on her back for a belly rub!

I’ve never seen cats in trash cans outdoors. Dogs, yes. Bears, yes. Racoons, yes. Crows, yes. Even possums…..but never cats.

Vultures do it down here in Florida, if the trash can is so full the lid can’t close.

Never fails.

The force is strong with this one.

First the hose, then the belly rub.

God must have created cats first and used them as a model for Woman!

Sorry Peekaboo but I am not going to give a belly rub to a dirty kitty. We’ll have to give you a bath first, let you dry and then you’ll get your belly rub. I will also be keeping a lid on this trashcan.

Our pets are weird. The dog will corner the cat, the cat rolls over on his back, and both will bark&howl, …, but nobody gets hurt.

Before I feed the cats, I rub their bellies “to see if they need cat food”. They’ve learned to like the belly rubs because they know that means food is coming.

. . .or boxes . . .or anything plastic. . .what IS it with cats and plastic???

This is the cat who always snubs her food, yet she will eat from the garbage can.

And pray no one sees you, Jimbo.

No sardines for a month!

Just put the lid on.

Pick up the kitty, replace the lid, and head for the house.

I notice that Jimbo always has bags for his “Garbage Moment”, yet most of the time we won’t see even a glimpse of black plastic IN the garbage can; it all looks loose.
