When I was animating Donald Duck, my director slowed down the track for āreadingā. He told me that when the Duck was mumbling, āDuckyā Nash was actually cursing a blue streak.
Not sure about the RoadRunner but Iām pretty sure the coyote was mumbling obscenities under his breath at the conclusion of each āattemptā at catching a meal.
I watched those all my life and never knew that. It explains why the coyote was so angry. My whole childhood perspective just shifted. Ouch my brain hurts.
