    This reminds me of an old Cathy cartoon where her parents were making the best of not being able to afford to travel by imagining they were journeying around the world through a week of eating international frozen vegetables. As I recall, Cathy accused them of guilt tripping her with their cheerful attitude towards a disappointing lack of vacation.

    If you haven’t tried it, don’t knock it. I had it at a Thai place. It is actually really good. Very Asian. It’s also common with adzuki/aduki bean paste.
